Death receptor pathway and IAPs

The death receptor CD95 activates the cofilin pathway to stimulate tumour cell invasion.
CD95 is a prototypic ‘death receptor’ that can also activate non-apoptotic signaling pathways, promoting tumour growth. The authors show that activated CD95 promotes tumor cell invasion by engaging a new signalling pathway that causes remodeling of the cellular architecture.
